Breaking Classes runs this site for its members and for people who ask to join. Using the site means you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Questions go to e@breakingclasses.com.

[ ACCESS ]

We approve every member by hand. Asking for access does not promise it. Nothing is sold on this site.

[ YOUR ACCOUNT ]

Use your own email. Sign-in codes and sessions are yours alone: do not share them. Tell us at e@breakingclasses.com if you think someone else has signed in as you.

[ YOUR CLASSES ]

A class you have is yours for life: its live sessions while they run, its replay once it is up, its ebook and its starter repos, for as long as Breaking Classes runs.

[ CLASS MATERIALS ]

• The ebook, the replays and the Zoom links are for you. Do not share or publish them.
• The starter repos are yours to build on. Use their code in your own projects, but do not hand the repos out as a set, unless a repo's own licence says you may.
• Everything else on the site belongs to Breaking Classes and its educators, apart from parts made by others, such as the typefaces, which keep their own licences.

[ LIVE SESSIONS ]

Be kind and stay on topic. Sessions are recorded for the class's replay. We may remove anyone who disrupts a session.

[ ENDING ACCESS ]

We may pause or end the access of anyone who breaks these terms. You can ask us to close your account at any time, as the privacy notice says.

[ THE SITE AS IT IS ]

We work to keep the site and the class materials available and correct, but we give them as they are. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss from using them.

[ LAW ]

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

[ CHANGES ]

This is our first version, and we will update it. When we do, the date at the top changes. Using the site after a change means you agree to the new terms.
